Chris Schulte

Treasurer

Chris Schulte is proud to have joined our Board of Directors in February 2020 and is excited to be on our Finance Committee. Schulte believes in volunteering with nonprofits throughout Edmonton and has previously served six years on the Board of Directors for the Bissell Centre and also chaired the Finance Committee for those six years. He has known of Zebra’s work for the past 10 years and was eager to apply for our Board of Directors upon learning of the opportunity. 

Schulte is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has been working in the industry for the past 15 years. He is a partner of the firm, King & Company, Chartered Accountants. The firm does extensive work with a large number of not-for-profit organizations mostly in the capacity of preparing their year-end audited financial statements. Schulte is proud to have had opportunities to continuously help not-for-profit organizations with their accounting needs, finances and sustainability.

He is a long-time fan of sports, including hockey, golf and snowboarding. Schulte has three daughters, two of which play hockey and he coaches one of the teams. Being involved in the not-for-profit community is important to him.
